Sex Education in Schools

the website that I'm gonna be getting my topics from is http://www.sac.edu/students/library/nealley/websites/controversial.htm

Sex education:
I am pro  sex education in school. I believe that all schools should have a sex education class, and I think it should begin in the 9th grade. The percentage of teen abortions continue to rise and rise, same with teens with STDS.  I have had many conversations with classmates who believe that it is completely impossible to get pregnant if you use a condom, which is untrue. These teens do not know anything about safe sex, and how are they going to find out about it? Their parents? Probably not. I think teens needs to be taught about safe sex and it needs to  be a class. Parents think that a sex ed class will TELL kids to have sex? Not true, it simply tells them about SAFE sex. If a teen wants to have sex they are going to do it regardless. I think if more teens knew about safe sex the number of teen pregnancy would drop dramatically. (To be continued...)

Most definitely sex education would prevent teen pregnancies, diseases, etc. it can only help, not hurt young people with this information.
